When does my onboarding clock start?

Your 3 to 4 weekly calls begin only once your data is fully imported into Loyalist. This ensures every session is focused and productive from day one.

Who will I be working with?

You will be supported by a dedicated account manager during your structured period. They are focused on getting you to a working knowledge of every core feature.
